Welcome! My name is Kristin, owner of Serenity Hair Collective here in the heart of Great Bridge. A little about me.. I’m a mother of four awesome children. I love the gym. I’m a houseplant nerd. I love talking to people and getting to know them. My favorite part about my job is being a part of so many peoples lives! I special in blondes, vivid colors, extensions, and formal styles, and I love my curly hair clients! I love trying new things with hair. It’s an ever changing thing and I’m here for it. I’m known to be the “class clown” so be prepared for good laughs, and good conversation when we’re on our hair journey together. A-As of now you have to reach out to me via phone or email to cancel or reschedule. I have it set up this way to prevent same day cancellations. Q- Can I respond to the automated text reminders? A- If you text the automatic text number ( the 800 number) it will not reach me. Text or call me at 812-583-9650 :) Q- What form of payments are available? A- I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Apple Pay or Gloss Genius has a payment feature. Q- What do I do if the time I need isn’t available? A- For the most part I have a set schedule, but I own my own salon suite so sometimes I can be flexible. Send me a message and we can talk about times! :) Q- I’m not sure which service to book. What do I do? A- You can always reach out to me via text or email, book a consultation, or if you must book something and it’s color make sure there’s at least a 2.5 hour block. :)

Cancellation Policy

I value your time and mine, so I have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: • Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. • No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without notice) will be charged 50% of the service cost. • If you no-show, you will be required to pay 100% upfront to book any future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding!
